Just a designer obsessed with solving problems

I’ve been designing digital products for 9 years, across AI, FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech and Analytics and the through-line has always been the same: making complex systems feel simple for the people who have to use them every day.

I came in as a post-seed hire for UXCam (a data-heavy SaaS trusted by 39,000+ product teams across LATAM and EMEA) to build the design team from scratch. Over three years, I helped take it from a service team to a strategic partner in how the product gets built.

That meant architecting the design system, establishing an instrumentation framework and leading the end-to-end design of Tara, UXCam's AI analytics assistant (76% user retention post-release month) plus a redesign that drove a 13× increase in positive user sentiment in the first week.

I've worked across industries and I think that shaped how I approach problems more than any single role has. I've designed for 100K+ MAU in FinTech, simplified complex AI workflows for non-technical users in accounting automation, built a 0-to-1 CRM for autism care providers in HealthTech and helped an EdTech platform scale across countries and universities.

I rely on instrumentation to make decisions. Real usage data, not assumptions. I design and ship my own work, and I've built internal tools and agentic workflows into every stage of how I work, not because it's the thing to do, but because it makes me more honest about what's actually worth building.

Outside of product work, I mentor designers across ADPList, Designed.org, and the NACC Virginia Chapter, a part of my work I'm most quietly proud of.
