I don’t sell magic buttons or design theater. A good design alone cannot do wonders, no matter how well that narrative can be sugarcoated.

My approach is grounded in evidence - combining qualitative insights and quantitative data to make decisions, align stakeholders and embed design advocacy across teams.

I’ve helped global teams bridge the hardest gaps: design ↔ engineering, product ↔ research, leadership ↔ execution.

Outside of work, I mentor actively through ADPList.org, Designed.org, the NACC Virginia Chapter and the Design Buddies community - guiding designers from different industries to find their edge, and finding perspective myself in giving back.

At the end of the day, my value isn’t in polished designs. It’s in my ability to adapt and ship solutions that work.
